 Namaste , Everyone today i have came with new article.In the previous topic we have sucessfully discussed about the topic of #keto diet and its types as well as how it work and topic related to #ketosis and how much time it will take to be in a #ketosis. So. today i have came with new topic to discussed with you and we will discuss on the topic related to:

#Is the keto diet safe for teens ?

#Is the keto diet a life time diet ?

#How much salt should i eat on a low -carbs  ketogenic diet ?

Firstly, we will give short introduction on the major topic that is keto diet , as we have discussed on the topic the keto diet is a low carbs diet and high fat diet all the time, is not it?  
       Now lets enter on the main focus .. As we know that keto diet is a low carbs diet So, in my point of view it is not safe for teens, as teens are in the way of body building process, their body are not totally fit and fine and their body need the well balanced diet for being healthy .when they  will enters in the keto diet it will limits the amount of carbohydrates in their body which is very necessary for their body to be mentally and physically healthy.
       keto diet is a low carbs diet so, it will limits the amount of carbs in their body.The food which are high in carbs are also called as Fiber.The fiber helps to promote energy for our body.To be properly healthy , a children need 110-130 grams of carbohydrates a day but when they offer keto diet it limits the intake of 20-30 grams of carbohydrates a day ,so children should not do keto diet , it will affect  in the growth and development of their  body...




                
             It is a very tough question for all may be it very simple question for someone that if the keto diet is a life time diet or not. Firstly in my point of view  let me discussed in this topic that# keto diet is life time or limited time diet plan and  i think it is not a proper in the long term plan since you apply a lot of restriction to your diet. when you will reach your target weight , you have to reversed or modified your symptoms of metabolic change that you got relax your carbs grams restriction.
           
           The recent research indicates  the maximum benefit  are achieved by getting in and out of ketosis. So, no one need to be in# keto diet for life time.

As you know that keto diet is the low carbs diet , when someone starts to follow the keto diet then their body also starts to function differently  and in the most of the case, it caused  imbalanced in our body fat. since  when we starts ketogenicdiet then insulin level also decrease in our body due to lack of carbohydrates, which effect kidney. For being healthy by following ketogenic diet our body need 3000-5000 mg of sodium and 3000-4000 mg of potassium on average .
