   Firstly , i am going to give small introduction related #keto diet we will discuss on the topic;

 As we have already discussed on the topic of keto diet and related advantages of it. #Keto diet is a low crabs diet, high fat diet which lowered blood sugar and insulin levels.its main objective is to reduced the amount of carbohydrate intake in our body and increase the intake of fats.when we reduce the amount of carbohydrate intake in our body then, it will put our body in metabolic state which we can also called ketosis . it helps in the  reduction of weight.There are different types of # keto diet .

There are different types of keto diet , among them some of them are listed below:

#1.Standard ketogenic diet.

#2.High protein ketogenic diet.

#3. cyclical ketogenic diet.

#4.Targeted ketogenic diet.

#5.Traditional ketogenic diet.

#1. Standard ketogenic diet.

         The standard ketogenic diet is the diet which is very rich in fat i.e (60-75%) and (10-35%) protein and remaining % carbs.That  means the amount of carbohydrate must be very less.The main objective of following keto diet is it helps to reduce hunger by which the amount of food intake will be very less which helps in the reduction of weight and stay healthy.it also helps to lower the problem of diabities and insulin.

#2. High protein ketogenetic diet.

         The high protein ketogenetic diet is the keto diet in which the supply of protein is very high than the fats and carbohydrates .it contains the range of protein in the top i.e.

. 30-35% cal and

. carbs less than 10%.

 it is reported that intake of high protein #keto diet helps to improve the composition of our body.protein includes  fish , meat, egg, and so on...intake of protein produce amino acid which helps in the growth of our muscles and bones.

#3.Cyclical ketogenic diet.

The cyclical keto diet is the typical cyclical diet plan in which carbs are taken during scheduled period of time.This is also call carbs cycling. in this keto diet , fat and carbs t are scheduled according to time period in a week. for example; If you take high carbs for 3 days then one remaining days you have to take low carbs meal.The main benefit of using cyclical ketogenic diet is it make keto easier to swith.the food included in cyclical keto diet are bananas, rice, potatoes.

#4. Targeted ketogenic diet.

          The targeted keto diet is such a diet in which a bit amount of carbs are only allowed to take after or before exercise.In this keto diet , you have to  focus on workout  and than carbs must be consumed  in this exercise time.it is also similar to the standard ketogenic diet.

      

#5.Traditional ketogenic diet.

       The traditional keto diet  is the  keto diet in which boost the ketones level,.It is also called classic keto diet which is especially develped for the treatment of child who went  shallower into #ketosis ,it is very flexible typesof #keto diet.
